School Life in 2041

    "Hello, is anyone there?'' I open my eyes and found that I am in a big room with delightful fragrance. The last thing I remember is that I was struck by the lightning while I shelterring from the rain under a big tree. I'm I died? I'm I in the heaven now? I'm I...
    "Oh, my goodness, you finally weak up." A beautiful nurse heading to me.
    "Where am I and what happened  to me?" I ask.
    ''Well, somebody found you under a big tree and sent you here, this is school clinic. I think you should take more rest." she smile to me and hand  me the newspaper, "You can read it if you feel boring."
    I take over the newspaper and find that this one is just alike what the Harry Poter movie had shown to us. All the pictures can move and words can change automatically. When I saw the date,  it almost made me fainted again.
   "I leapt through the time and get into 2041，Oh my god!" I shouted.
   I run out of the room to see what had happened these 30 years.
   A magic board at the door asks me :" Ms, where do you want to go? I can take you there."
   "Can you show me around the campus?"
   "Sure, with pleasure."
    I sit on the board and it start flying. Though it is not as fast as rocket, but it made no air pollution and it was easy to control. I love this ride.
    A group of medical college students are cheering because they have just been told that the medical for the last incurable disease has been worked out. It means that nobody will die of disease. The college of environment students are boarding on a big rocket to have site inspections. While some business college students are taking lectures by the most successful business man in the world.
    I get into the acdemic buildings, everybody is concentrating on their professors.  Their ipad30 can also help them taking notes automatically in case their masters will miss some key points. A student told me that there's much more sever competition in the society now since robots take over the basic tasks and causing a huge number of unemployment. It seems that the technology has brought them not only relief but pressure as well.
    It's lunch time now, students' personal ipad will make meal plans for them according to their physical and mental condition, then students choose one from 3-6 choices and 2 minutes later their
meal will appear in front of them. After past 30 years' regulation, there's great improvement on food and all people tend to eat on a balenced diet.
    There's a huge park just near the campus and has every exciting recreation facilities in it and it is all free. Lots of students are taking party here and it is amazing!
   This is the college life in 2041, everything works in a efficient and well ordered way, I'm I ready for all of that?

Food ads

        Advertisment is of vital importance to a product, it can provide more information while consumers are choosing. We are surrounded by all kinds of ads and we can not deny that we are affected by them more or less. No one can ignore the influence of the advertisment, that's way producers spend millions a year on it. As for me, I'm kind of selfcontradiction. On one hand , I know that high price or famous brand dosen't always mean good quality. I'm a sanely consumer and never  swayed by celebrity endorsements. While on the other hand, I dare not buying the products which I haven't heard before, especially food. Since more and more safety issues happened these years, I would rather believe in those famous brands.

   Today, I'll introduce you a very famous roast duck restaurant called "quan ju de". It is a restaurant with nearly 150 years' history and it is famous at home and abroad. I think the best ad for it is not like other commercial advertisement flooded on TV or newspapers, it is famous for its quality of food and service. What you see from the left-handed picture is the headquarter of the restaurant, it has the ancient architecture style and the modern decorations as well.

     In this restaurant, you can not only enjoy the the best roast duck that ancient emperors liked most, but also enjoy the palace atmosphere. Though we can not eat that often, a good amount of duck meat is really good for our health.

      In the finnal words, the best ads are not the covers , brands or  celebrity endorsements, but its quality and internal culture.

Environmental Footprint

     The ecological footprint is a measure of human demand on the Earth's ecosystems.Before coming to the America, I thought I was the one who do great harm to our nature resources,but I have to say, now, American people really live in a high comsumption lifestyle.
     People here open the air-conditioning 24 hours a day, they'd rather put on their clothes than turn off the cool-air; they like to keep the window-shades down and turn the light on in the daytime; they also like driving to class while leave the shuttle empty. Though these things can make our lives more convenient and comfortable, it really waste a lot of recources and energies.
        I just wonder why Amerian people all have prejudice against China's One-child Policy. It is not inhumanity, on the contrary, it shows our responsibility and we benefit a lot from it. You know China is a big country with huge popularity, the more people we have, the more resources we need. One-child Policy can not only limit the growth of the popularity but also lighten the burdurn of the society. Only by decreasing the number of people can we increase the per capita hold of resources.
       As far as I see, no matter what nation we are, which continent we live, we are all members of this earth and we should do more to protect it. Please shorten the shower time and turn off the light at the daytime, have a car pool or take the shuttle to class, as long as we start doing so from now on, we can make great contribution to our planet.

         Hi, everyone. I'm Qi Peixuan, from China, major in accounting. Peixuan is my first name and Qi is my last name , we always put our last name at the beginning to show respects to our families. I have a little sister called Qi Zixuan, a really naughty girl, but we are the best friends. 

 I'm originally from Manzhouli, a beautiful city in Inner Mongolia, it is on the north part of China with the largest grassland there. 

Since the city lies on the border among China, Russia and Mongolia, there are lots of buildings in their style, so we can feel Russia and Mondolia's culture without going aboard.

When I was 5 years old, my family moved to my second hometown:Weihai, a coast city in Shandong Province. I love the sunshine and the beach there. Two years ago, I was accepted by Yantai University, not a celebrated one, but I like it a lot.

   Since this is my first time to be so far away from my parents, I miss them a lot. Fortunately, I've made a lot of friends here. They are really friendly and helpful. They invited me to various kinds of activities and introduced me to their friends which made me don't feel lonely any more. What impressed me most here is that everybody have a big smile on their faces and do everything with great enthusiasm, just as if they have no vexation at all. I really love this place. I’m sure I’ll have a wonderful year here.
